Order preparation begins after payment confirmation.
Standard orders are usually ready for dispatch in 2–4 days.
Express orders usually ship overnight.

These statements describe preparation and dispatch, rather than
guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier transit time begins after the
shipment has been collected.

and carrier transit. Weather, carrier disruptions, and delivery

ordered. Pallet shipments may require freight delivery and an
appointment with the carrier.

Before ordering, make sure we have accurate information about:

• Whether the delivery location is residential or commercial.
• Access restrictions that could affect the delivery vehicle.
• Whether a loading dock or forklift is available.
• Whether liftgate assistance is required to unload the pallet.

5. Tracking and shipment updates

After dispatch, we provide available tracking or freight-reference
information using the contact details supplied with your order.
For freight shipments, delivery scheduling may require
coordination with the carrier.

6. Address corrections and delivery problems

Check your shipping address before submitting an order.
If a correction is needed, contact us promptly. Changes after
dispatch depend on the carrier’s ability to redirect the shipment.

If your delivery is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but
cannot be located, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Inspect your shipment as soon as practical. If you notice damage
or missing packages, retain the packaging, take photographs where
possible, and contact us with your order number. Where practical,
note visible damage on the delivery receipt.
